Val-d'Or North: Abitibi Copper-Gold

Introduction
Forty Pillars holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Val-d'Or North property from Abitibi Metals Corp. The property comprises 100 claim cells covering approximately 5,100 hectares northeast of the Val-d'Or mining district, in the metal-rich Abitibi subprovince of Quebec, and is contiguous with Probe Gold's Megiscane project. It lies south of the community of Senneterre and is accessible by numerous provincial and logging roads.

Drill-Ready Copper-Gold Targets
The property is dominated by mafic volcanic rocks, intruded in the west by a diorite-granodiorite stock. Reconnaissance till sampling in 2021, followed by mobile metal ion (MMI) soil grids up-ice of the till anomalies, outlined two priority target areas. The property has not been the focus of diamond drilling since the 1980s.
Target 1: Dollard
A dense cluster of gold-in-till anomalies with elevated counts of pristine gold grains, suggesting a nearby source. The target lies down-ice of the Dollard copper occurrence, where massive sulphide lenses occur in sheared and altered andesite.
Target 2: Lavoie-Simard
A narrow gold-in-till dispersal train south-southwest of the Lavoie-Simard showing, with a well-defined historical copper-in-soil anomaly that parallels the volcanic stratigraphy.
Option Terms
Forty Pillars may earn a 100% interest by issuing 5,000,000 common shares and completing $3,000,000 in exploration expenditures within 24 months. Abitibi retains a 3.0% net smelter returns royalty.
