Golden Link Project: Newfoundland Gold Belt

Introduction
The Golden Link Project consists of two contiguous mineral licences covering approximately 36.25 km² in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt, about 21 km north of Gander. Forty Pillars acquired an option in January 2026 to earn a 100% interest in the Project. With targets already defined by geochemistry and geophysics and no historical drilling, Golden Link offers drill-ready exposure to one of Canada's most active gold districts.
Forty Pillars can earn its 100% interest by making $375,000 in cash payments, issuing 7,000,000 common shares and completing $2,200,000 in exploration expenditures over four years. The Project is accessible by road via the Trans-Canada Highway and well-maintained forest service roads, with a transmission line roughly 15 km to the east.

Geology & Exploration Targets
Golden Link lies in the Exploits Subzone of the Dunnage Zone and is centred on the Dog Bay Line, a major Silurian tectonic boundary. Secondary and tertiary fault splays off the Dog Bay Line are interpreted as favourable structural traps for orogenic gold mineralization.
Orogenic Gold Setting
Mineralization is interpreted as structurally controlled and associated with quartz and quartz-carbonate veining, brecciation, silicification and carbonate ± sericite alteration, with disseminated and blebby pyrite, arsenopyrite and locally chalcopyrite.
Gold-in-Till Anomalies
A 2017–2018 regional program by Torq Resources and Heberlein Consulting identified six gold-in-till anomalies along a ~25 km corridor parallel to the Dog Bay Line. Target 4, rated high priority, lies within the Project.
2024 Alpha IP Survey
Sixteen east-west resistivity and chargeability lines, imaging to more than 300 m depth, outlined 69 chargeability anomalies. Many of the highest-priority IP targets coincide with the gold-in-till anomalies, and none have been drill tested.
Key Project Statistics
Golden Link combines a large land position, coincident geochemical and geophysical targets, and road access in one of Canada's most active gold districts.
Total Area
Square kilometres covered by two contiguous mineral licences.
IP Anomalies
Chargeability anomalies from the 2024 Alpha IP survey, including 16 first-priority targets.
Till Anomalies
Gold-in-till anomalies along a ~25 km corridor parallel to the Dog Bay Line.
Distance to Gander
Road access via the Trans-Canada Highway and forest service roads, with a transmission line ~15 km east.
