Mr. Vatanchi having a decade of experience in finance starting with Edward Jones and IG Wealth Management in 2012 where he spent a combined 6 years before selling his business to pursue his entrepreneurial goals. Mr. Vatanchi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. Currently he serves as CEO of Musk Metals Corp. (CSE: MUSK), CEO of Spey Resources Corp. (CSE: SPEY), and CFO of Triangle Industries Ltd., a reporting issuer.

Lawrence Cheung is a Controller at Malaspina Consultants Inc., where he provides CFO and controllership services to help clients navigate financial reporting and regulatory requirements. He works with a diverse client base across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on the mining and technology sectors. Prior to joining Malaspina in 2021, Lawrence was a Senior Associate at PwC, providing assurance services to private and publicly listed companies in both the U.S. and Canada. He has extensive experience with IFRS, ASPE, and U.S. GAAP.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the UBC Sauder School of Business and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Ashish (Ash) Misquith has extensive experience in business development and start-ups. He has invested in multiple private and public companies and IPOs (initial public offerings). He is the founder of Swiftgrade, an artificial intelligence (AI) application that allows teachers to grade students in a timely and efficient manner. Mr. Misquith is an advocate for continuous education and is a former semi-professional tennis player.

Mr. Saini has over 10 years of experience helping businesses scale their operations to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. His expertise lies in creating innovative solutions that address complex business challenges and has a proven record of delivering measurable results. Mr. Saini has also successfully raised significant capital for various start-up ventures.
